Refund Policy Refunds for Services are at the sole discretion of AXIS Networks. All sales are final, and refunds are not automatically guaranteed. AXIS Networks reserves the right to deny any refund request. Refund requests may be disregarded entirely at AXIS Networks' discretion. If a refund is granted, it will be issued at the sole discretion of AXIS Networks, and we will consider the specifics of each case. Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Payments are due on the date specified in the agreement or invoice, and failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of Services. You will be responsible for all taxes, fees, or charges that apply to the Services, whether they are imposed by federal, state, or local authorities. AXIS Networks assumes no responsibility for any delays or failures in Service due to non-payment.

Website Maintenance and Updates AXIS Networks is under no obligation to provide website maintenance, security updates, content updates, or any ongoing services unless explicitly contracted for separately. You agree to keep the website up-to-date and functioning properly. AXIS Networks does not guarantee the maintenance of websites and is not responsible for errors, downtime, or other issues. AXIS Networks is under no obligation to engage in any ongoing communication or action with you regarding the Services.
